How to reach us

You can reach us without problems either by private or public transport. We have compiled detailed travel information on the following page.


Arrival and departure times

Our rooms are ready for you on the day of arrival at the latest at 2 pm. If you are arriving after 9 pm, please let us know beforehand.
On the day of departure, the room is available until 11 am. If you want to stay longer in the room, simply ask at the reception desk on the day of departure.

Parking • Pick up service

There are plenty of parking spaces available for our guests, either in the outdoor car park or in our car park. We charge you a reduced price per night (instead of CHF 10).
If you arrive by public transport , we will pick you up at the train station in Mörel free of charge on the day of your arrival and take you back to your train on the day of your departure.


You can leave your luggage with us if your room is not ready on the day of arrival or if you would like to do something else on the day of departure.
If you want to travel without baggage, your baggage will be collected by SBB at your address and delivered to us at the hotel the following day. The return transport works analogously.

The breakfast buffet is at your disposal from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.
We are happy to serve you breakfast in your room without extra charge. Please request the breakfast order at the reception.
If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please report this the evening before at the reception.


Our hotel taxi will gladly take you to the restaurants in the village center free of charge and pick you up after the meal. Please report your request in time to the reception.
Over lunch, we serve small dishes from the bar menu in the lobby.


If you booked half-board we serve a 3- or 4-course menu in our partner restaurants in Mörel. Vegetarian meals and diets are available. Please let us know your needs as soon as possible.
For all guests, a free shuttle service (according to schedule) is available in the evening to the village center (and back).
If you have booked half-board and would like to eat out, please let us know at the reception until 16:00.
Meals that have not been reported in time must be charged.


Would you like a picnic? You can order this at the reception before 17:30.

Children 3 years and older have access to the saltwater pool from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 6.30 pm.

SUNDAY     8:15 - 11:00       13:30 - 18:45
The wellness area is open for women and men* from 14 years of age on.
* On Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, the wellness area is reserved for women.

Checkout • Reception

If you would like to leave the hotel before 8 am, we ask you to pay the invoice the night before. Our checkout is open from 8 am to 9 am.
If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Massages • Beauty treatments

Our staff is available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 am and from 16:00 to 19:00 pm. It is best to book your appointments before your arrival by calling +41 27 928 42 00.
But also during your stay, you can book massages, beauty treatments and therapies at short notice. Just ask at the spa where it has free time slots.
